About a month go I faced the terror of a great white canvas. No artist likes to let a blank canvas dominate the studio, but this big one looked rather intimidating. As this was a commission with a tight time-frame I had to get to work. There was no time for the artist's nemesis - procrastination.
Commissions can be a challenge, but when your client is understanding and helpful the process is rewarding for all concerned. Plus there is the satisfaction of doing what you love and making others happy too. What can beat that?
