New Learning Options for Artists

The Painterly Workshop is an extensive online learning experience for artists. It is also the foundation of my art coaching program that has been running for three years now. Due to the growth of the coaching program and requests for alternative access to the learning materials I have created two further options for artists.

Art Coaching Remains
My commitment to art coaching remains as it is one of the most satisfying teaching experiences that I have enjoyed. After six months I have built new friendships with artists all over the world. I like to think that these students have gained important insight into their painting too. I currently have two enrollment sessions per year in June and January. Anyone can apply, however as space is limited it does work on a first-come-first-served basis. If you want to be notified early then please complete the form to receive priority notice.

New Options for Artists
For those artists requesting alternatives I have created two new options.

The Self Starter Workshop: This plan is for those artists wanting to learn from the extensive video lessons. This structured six month video program is the foundation of the Painterly Workshop. Each month a new section is revealed, including assignments, that help you to build on your previous month's work.

The plan includes membership to my Learn to Paint group where artists can interact and share information.

A final project is optional and upon completion I certificate is issued to the artist.

The Painting Tutor Option:  This level includes all of the benefits of the Self Starter Workshop. But it also includes written critiques on your work performed during the workshop. A minimum of six comprehensive written critiques will be issued to each student. From these the student can make corrections and improve more rapidly. 

The final project, certificate and membership to the exclusive artist's group is included.

​Expanded Painting Instruction
I created the Painterly Workshop for beginners and intermediate artists that were missing important elements in painting. So many artists have great talent, but do not have access to a comprehensive study program. One that begins with the basics and builds up to the skills required to paint consistently. It is my hope that this online workshop will help those artists looking for more.
